At SleepSafe®, we stand behind the quality and durability of our beds and accessories. Your investment is protected with a comprehensive warranty program designed to give you complete peace of mind.

One-Year Full Warranty

- Coverage: All SleepSafe Beds and extensions are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

- What We Provide: If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected part(s) at no cost to you (within the continental United States).

- How to Report an Issue: Customers must submit written notice with photographs of the fault. In some cases, an inspection may be required to verify the claim.

- Peace of Mind: If repair is not sufficient, a replacement part or product will be provided.

Extended Limited Warranty (Years 2–5)

- From year two through year five, defective parts will be replaced under our extended limited warranty.

- Customer Responsibility: Service and shipping costs during this extended period are the responsibility of the purchaser.

- Perform periodic checks to ensure all fasteners remain tight for ongoing safety and stability.
